Tilekang is committed to providing products that are safe, reliable, and of good quality.
If your product arrives damaged, faulty, or does not meet the required consumer guarantees, you may be eligible for a refund, replacement, or exchange in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
To request a refund, please complete the contact form within 14 days of purchase.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. Once the product has been returned and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, a full refund will be provided.
Exchange Policy
Tilekang does not provide refunds or returns for change of mind or incorrect size selection.
However, an exchange may be arranged within 14 days of purchase, subject to product availability. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
All shipping and administration costs related to the exchange must be paid in full by the customer.
